Him Heang was established in 1948 by a Chinese migrant from Republic of China. It was then house in a shop on Bridge Street (now known as Jalan C.Y. Choy) in George Town, Penang, Malaysia. It then moved to the present 3-storey building located in Burmah Road in 1993.
Presently run by the 3rd generation, this family owned business is proud to offer a wide range of local pastries, handmade with the finest ingredients with no added preservatives….based on our highly guarded secret recipes. Our pastries are baked daily and are only available in our outlet. We do not appoint third parties to sell our products. In this manner, we are able to assure you that all our products are fresh.
